Happy Friday! I lied about the rain ending here in Houston. Happy:

  • National 7-Eleven Day (You can go get a free Slurpee if you feel like it)

  • National Mojito Day (Hell yeah. I now have a quest for tonight)

  • National Cheer Up The Lonely Day (but only today. no other day.)

  • National French Fry Day (this gives me an idea for a future QOTD, so I’ll save any other comments.)

Sorry if it seems like I’m in a bad mood; My parents and I failed to win bar trivia last night after leaving too many answers on the table. I will say our trio competed well against the 20-person teams filling the rest of the bar. Winner or not, let’s have a day:

QOTD 37: Big Dogs or Small Dogs?

After dogs took home a decisive win in yesterday’s poll, a friend suggested I follow up with this one. She would say a small dog is one you can punt, but I’m going to say 25 pounds and under. Another good metric might be that a big dog is one you can pet without bending over. Vote on instagram as usual

One friend said this might be because of the people I choose to surround myself with, but dogs took home a landslide victory with 94% of the vote.

LETTER FROM THE EDITOR

Damn, thought I was going to get all five out before noon this week. Oh well. There’s always next week. Go do something fun this weekend.
