Morning from Houston. Currently taking refuge from the heat in a Whole Foods. Last time I was at this “coffee shop” I was doing multivariable calculus homework, so this is a nice change of pace. Happy:

  • National Raspberry Day (do NOT let me around a carton of raspberries if you want them to last longer than a blink of an eye)

  • National Freezer Pop Day (there are lots of different names for these thin tubes of flavored water, but all I know is they singlehandedly got me through years of lifeguarding)

  • Cow Appreciation Day (you know what, sure. We do need to appreciate cows some more)

It’s a little embarrassing how long it’s been since writing two days in a row. It doesn’t matter though, because we’re here now. Let’s have a day:

Hope y’all have a good day! I think I’m seeing the new Superman tonight, so get ready for a review if I do. I also could’ve gotten this out earlier, but I was waiting to see if Anisimova would win in 2 sets so I could update the Ticker. She’s taking too long.
