Buenos Días. From overcast Evanston, Happy May, and Happy:

  • May Day (this one was obvious)

  • National Investing Day (something, something, buy the dip?)

  • National Mother Goose Day (nothing wrong with a little fairy tale now and then)

  • School Principals’ Day (I know at least two former principals read this, so cheers to y’all)

  • National Chocolate Parfait Day (enough with the damn desserts! I’ve never even heard of a “chocolate parfait!”)

I’ve got a busy next two days that includes watching a soccer game, going to a concert, hitting the Field Museum, and taking lots of public transport. As such, today’s edition might be kinda short, and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get one out tomorrow. We shall see. Regardless, let’s have a day, today:

Would You Rather Go Forward or Backward in Time?

honestly kinda surprised by the disparity here. I think I would choose backwards too, but I thought more people would want to see the future. One of the best arguments someone gave for backwards was “Concerts,” and she is a very smart individual for that.

Look! Look! I finally got it out in the morning! Was that because it was ridiculously short? Maybe. But don’t think too hard about that. Just appreciate it.

Again, there might not be an edition tomorrow because I simply don’t think I will have time. I’ll try my darndest though.
